[RE-wrenches] Attachment Identification

That is a SnapnRack straddle block.  It looks installed correctly.
We would normally out some sealant where it goes thru the roof as well but
it would be hard for water to flow up hill to the top of the corrugation
and leak much.
We haven't done many roofs with these but haven't had any troubles with any
of them either.
This type of roof is notorious for the standard roofing screws or nails
backing themselves out due to freeze/thaw cycles over time.
My first suspicion would be with the roofing screws which are normally
installed in the valley of the corrugation where the water typically is.
