It’s the same fuse as in a Flluke 87 😎

Dana, I'm the one feeling like an idiot. Turns out the ground fault fuse was blown in a brand new controller. I did't have my
meter with me to test the fuse and had to go back the next day. I had a good fuse in the 2nd controller not yet hooked up so
I could have borrowed that one and had the system up and running. Only cost me 4 hours of drive time by not having my meter.

Pull the ground jumper in the FM100.
Double check all terminal connections in the Power center related to the FM100. Do the pull test carefully,
I once missed tightening a neutral that was passing current & then not. I finally heard a slight crackle sound as I turned the array input & battery breaker at the same time to on, did the pull test [moved wires & the Fm100 lite up], then Felt like an idiot! Tightened the neutral & all good.
