[RE-wrenches] capacitive "super batteries" and H2

Hello, this is from an old guy. In the 1960s, our project found that
hydrogen tended to migrate through electrolyzing and could put hydrogen
into an oxygen tank. Energy is involved in pressuring the hydrogen. All
piping has to be more than 5% chrome to prevent hydrogen embrittlement. The
Gibbs function limits electrolysis to about 75% efficiency, and the fuel
cell is limited to about 75% efficiency. The product is 56% efficient.

The Supercapacitor tends to be challenging to work with as E=CxV^2. The
voltage of supercapacitors tends to be low, 2.5 volts, and difficult to
series, leading to a high loss. I used a supercapacitor to operate a
blinking LED beacon. I think the charged voltage was 4.5 volts.
