[RE-wrenches] Inverter ratings exceeding 25kw fir battery backup

In my view, the real consideration here is whether or not the utility
should be allowed to be the arbiter of how much capacity a homeowner is
allowed to back up. My stance is no. They can't tell you how big of a
backup generator you can have. Why should they get to dictate what capacity
the customer has with regards to inverter size, assuming the system won't
backfeed in excess of net metering limitations.
