[RE-wrenches] No more Mate3-SL upgrades

I occasionally get customers who do not want to be connected to the
internet. I have a customer who can only use his cell phone by hiking up
to his "phone booth" in the woods above his house that has a seat with a
shelf for his phone, pencil and paper.!!!
