[RE-wrenches] PG&E NEM3.0

William,
I’d like to keep the discussion here also. I’m in Colorado so sort of thought that NEM3.0 was in already effect and being billed at the new rates. I understood it was going to represent a dramatic (negative) change for traditional grid-tied customers and your teaser confirms that.
