This looks kinda like the DPW/PLP Multi-pole mount.  I am not sure if the

I've been looking for a racking solution that would allow me to mount 9-12
modules in a single horizontal row in portrait, with the bottom edge 6'
above grade and have the ability to adjust tilt angle. I stumbled upon
this. Can anyone point me to the manufacturer or recommend something
similar?
