[RE-wrenches] 120-240 Transformer loud vibration and humming.

When I tried to order an Outback T240 last fall, my distributor (CED
Greentech) called Outback and was told they have none in stock because it
doesn't sell many units, but they were going to do a limited production run
this February.

I went with the Victron instead.
