[RE-wrenches] SMA Sunny Island transfer relay sticking

I've had that happen on at least a few SIs many years ago. Never tried to
clean them.  SMA just replaced one under warranty after it ended up
permanently stuck, and advised me to tap the others when they would
occasionally stuck. Not very satisfying or helpful.  I assume they didn't
have any useful fixes for them.
