[RE-wrenches] how to record electrical consumption on PV direct pump

HI All,

Here is a weird one to me.

A buddy works for the forest service and they have an new solar pump without batteries which they want to meter the electrical usage.

Offgrid, no cell.  Its doesn’t need to be real time, can be just monthly totals.

I don’t know where to even look for something like this.
