[RE-wrenches] Lithium Iron Cell recovery

Hey Wrenches,

I am working on recovering a Lithium Iron Phosphate cylindrical cell
battery that has about 5 years of cycling on it. We didn't install this
system but they have 2 x Relion RB48V300 paralleled at a telecomm site.

They are a pretty simple battery, just in a box with no easy way to pull
data unless you have some programming knowledge beyond what I have. We
found that one bank of the series cells was sitting at 0.9V, probably for
about a month or so. It was in parallel with another battery so it may
have been longer.

We were able to get it slowly charged up and the battery has cycled well a
few times in the shop, we have been able to easily pull about 90% of the
nameplate out without the cell dropping and getting BMS shutdown. *Are
there any concerns (safety mainly) with reinstalling this unit?*

It is matching the voltage of the other cell banks nicely now. No real
difference in temperatures either. Any other tests we should do?

Thanks!
