[RE-wrenches] Solar Pumps

Wrenches,
Any recommendations for a "high voltage"  Array Direct surface pump.
Pumping from a creek. 150' head. Looking for as many gpm's as possible.
Large array is fine. If I remember correctly, Dankoff pumps are fairly low
voltage.
