[RE-wrenches] Tough goods for a marine environment

Hi folks:
 
We're working on a system for a job off of the east coast; requirements
include hurricane toughness and goods that can survive a saline marine
environment.  Does anyone even make powder-coated racks anymore?   And who
manufactures smaller, tougher solar modules?   Your insights are always
appreciated.
