I’m off-grid & still using my 20+ year-old Fisher Paykal washer, had to replace the control board at one point, 2 thumbs up on that nothing fancy about this washer, but super reliable about 140 WHR per full load on a favorite set up of parameters full water, extra rinse,
This unit has a really good spin out to get a lot of water out of the clothes, but it’s pretty old style. It’s given running for 20 years on various outback Inverters
running it on a radian 8048 and an Onan 20 KW generator system

We’ve had an LG front loader for years. Kathleen wrote it up in HP (rip). It’s an “Inverter-Direct Drive” model, whatever that means. Energy Star, of course. It runs on an OLD FX-2524 and has been flawless (so far…). That sound you hear is me knocking on wood….

Wrenches,
I need to replace a front load washer in my off grid rental house.
Looking at LG's and I'm wondering if any of you have experience with them running on OutBack inverter power.
The Maytag washer I'm replacing ran fine on inverter power but would not operate on Generac Eco-Gen power.
