Hi Chris,

I can’t help with Warranty; I don’t think anyone can. KiloVault started importing about one year after LiFeBlue Battery began operations. Thy ordered from the same supplier as we do. Our BMS will fit and work with their Version 3 case and cells if you need repairs.
