Hi Jay,
Regarding Victron, it may still be useful. You can boot up the Cerbo with
DC power, they have a DC powered cell modem (need to use SIM card from a
carrier that is GSM (I've used T-Mobile). There are relays available in
the Cerbo. I would also probably want a screen as well. There is a
learning curve for sure but very good quality, nice remote monitoring and
very flexible.
