You're observing this on all three controllers or is the reduced sell back
off by a factor that would correlate to the newest controller you swapped?
Did you calibrate the new controller while the PV breakers were all off? I
still come across new FM80's that require utilizing the entire .5vdc margin
to match my Fluke.
Though it's not a solution can you temporarily raise the bulk setpoints of
all three to verify expected outputs?
It does seem like there was a document on proper sell back settings
somewhere.
