[RE-wrenches] Another Mate 3 programming issues

I saw the NA and was?  This has been a problem since I took over the 
system.  I was hired to maintain as the owner is a retired ship mechanic 
and is very risk adverse. So, in any case, this was how it looked at 
least two years ago, when I started working for him.

There is an active light on the Hub

I did replace the cable to no avail.

I am pretty sure this is the original CC, so it could be as was 
mentioned earlier; a problem that cannot be fixed due to the processor 
difference.
