[RE-wrenches] Another Mate 3 programming issues

Some of the older FM60s and even FM80s won't work with the Mate3. If I
remember correctly, this was due to the older 8-bit processors on some
pre-2008 units.

MX60s have never and won't ever work with the MATE3.
