[RE-wrenches] Dual battery bank switch for 48 VDC system

Jay, the Blue Seas 3002 states it's "make before break" So I'm assuming 
the lights don't go out when you make the switch.  Anyway, thanks for 
the Midnite option.  I'll take a look,
