Scott:
My most recent Radian failure was a power module. You can isolate these
easily with the settings. Outback sent me a bad replacement module twice so
be cautious about your conclusions after a replacement.
Is your firmware up to date on all gear?
Have you done a reset to factory defaults on all gear?
I have also had control boards fail but not recently.
I had one system that was acting wonky and the solution was to swap which
unit was primary. Don’t know why this mattered but it fixed the problem.
Have you tried thumping each unit on the side with the heal of your palm?
I’m half serious: the transfer relays can stick. More accurately: gently
tap the relays. There is an error code for a stuck transfer relay so you
should know if that is the problem.
Hope this helps.
