[RE-wrenches] Module level electronics mounting

You might run into 110.3(B). The manufacturer's instructions are likely to
say the DC leads of the PV module are to be plugged directly into the MLPE.
For example, the Enphase IQ7 microinverter instructions state, "Connect the
DC leads of each PV module to the DC input connectors of the
corresponding microinverter
or adapter." Extending the DC leads of the PV module could easily be
construed as a violation. And these would be pretty low voltage circuits,
voltage drop could become an issue in terms of performance depending on
distance.
