[RE-wrenches] Snapnrack end caps

Hi Drake,

I can confirm. The design could be improved.

I’ve noticed that end caps on rails that are flush or a fraction of an inch shorter than the panel frame lose the end caps at a higher rate than when the rail sticks past the module frame.  My guess is that module movement from expansion/contraction is popping them off.
