[RE-wrenches] Web based system monitoring via 4GLTE uplink?

We use a Verizon Jet Pack for our internet. It wants to have its battery
charged and then be unplugged, like any cell phone. Is there a variety
that can be left plugged in? Charging could be set up to be intermittent
with a timer switch.

I know we'd need a data type SIM card & I'd need to live with a slow refresh rate so the SIM wouldn't need data replenishment too often. This wouldn't be as good as if the site had real broadband, but maybe still better than nothing.
