[RE-wrenches] Need detailed help with Pytee battery

I have a Pytee battery that has gone into alarm.  Won't come out.
Pytee says to connect the computer and diagnose.  That is all they said.
 They do not answer emails asking for further advice.  Does anyone know
what to do?  Sps to use?  Address to use?
