[RE-wrenches] PID and iLumen

Hi all,
Have any of you sourced this device (see attached) from any U.S.
distributor?
It's used to be able to match old-style positive-grounded SunPower modules
with transformerless inverters and avoid the performance-robbing surface
polarization effect.
I was in contact with the manufacturer, iLumen, in Belgium and could
purchase them in quantity from them.
But I don't want to buy a dozen of them.  And SunPower (what's left of it),
isn't interested in purchasing them in bulk and reselling them to their
loyal channel partners.
Effectively their message is: it's your problem, deal with it.
