[RE-wrenches] Fire fighters

I believe that kind of  illumination  could certainly put out some voltage
but wouldn't have much, if any, current or power behind it.  But could 
shock someone.

Any dangerous energy would have to come from a capacitor being charged 
up that SHOULD be disconnected
through the rapid shutdown system at that point.  And it would have to 
have the light shining on it for quite
a while to rack up any watt-hours.
