We've had a good experience thus far with the Generac Powercell systems and tech support has been reasonable. You are supposed to be certified to sell and install the systems and most importantly in this case, you need a dealer number and tech id number in order to work with tech support. (of course they're still listed for retail sale on the internet direct to consumers)

Generac should be able to provide the name of a certified clean energy installer in that area. Doing a quick search on the Generac web site I found Abbot Electric, Maryville TN. 239-980-4764.

Amanda

Got a call from a family in North Ga who had a Generac system installed by some company out of Knoxville ( who did not install it themselves ). It is not working, the company who sold it will not service it or correct the issues. They claim they have no one who can do that. Apparently Generac does not seem to be able to help them either and the Family has asked that I come up and work on the system. Does anyone have a # for someone at Generac that will step up??

Thx

Hello Wrenches,
Has anyone received any support from Generac for repairs, programming information, or warranty issues?
Since they own Pika, shouldn’t they support their products?

Thank You ahead of time.
