For inverters use the NYPSC list or CE for other equipment

Best,
Lloyd

Yes, but I believe an accountant wants to know how they prove and document that it is "solar electric property".

I agree with Lloyd. It is qualified if listed I would have to believe. Chris

Kris,
I found your query in the archives and Marcos follow-up question, but not the reply, apparently from George McClellan. I just called Sol-Ark and the sales person I talked with knew nothing about such a letter. Fortress didn't have anything on their website and didn;'t answer their phone.
Do you still have the email response from George?
Thanks,
Howie

Search the archives, Howie. I posted the same question this year and got a good response. The documents should be available from the manufacturer.

Hi folks,
I have a client that I'm doing a larger inverter and battery upgrade. We're are putting in 3Sol-Ark 15k inverters and 7 Fortress 18.5kwh units. The client is wanting manufacturer certification that the equipment is "qualified solar electric property". I don't know that I've ever run across this type of request before or that I've seen manufacturers supply such documentation. Is this something that anyone is familiar with? Did I miss something here?
Thanks,
Howie
