[RE-wrenches] Has anyone ever had one of his customers get a note from SolarEdge like this one?

Hi Scot,

Do you know your local SolarEdge rep? If so maybe they can help. I have been having ongoing issues with SE “revenue grade meters” reporting inaccurate data for months, and my rep has been a good advocate. She is pretty new so doesn’t have a lot of clout, but to her credit has helped get some of my longstanding issues resolved. Maybe your rep can help get SolarEdge to apologize.  If you want help finding your rep contact me off list. I’m sure mine can help connect you.

SolarEdge does seem to have a policy to blame installers first and only offer support if you can prove it’s not your fault. I hope they change their attitude, but I’m not confident people at the top understand how bad support has become. The focus seems to be on marketing new products.
