[RE-wrenches] Hydrocaps

Wrenches,

             After a hiatus of using water miser caps, I've decided to 
try hydrocaps again.  Some are not warm during bulk, wasn't there a way 
to "bake" hydrocaps  to unsaturate the catalyst?
