[RE-wrenches] Clip on array skirts

Aloha Wrenches,
Someone please tell me there is a clip on racking skirt available that
works with most panels? To be clear I am looking for a post install clip on
skirt that would attach to the front of the array on the modules or racking.

Are there any of these products out there in the market place or is this
just still a dream?
