[RE-wrenches] Retaining Clips

Hi Adam,

It ok for the main lugs to be hot. There will
always be a hot wire in the box somewhere. The
main lugs are a very safe place to land it. Even
with main breakers, the lugs feeding the breakers are always hot.

This is a lot safer than having an "always hot"
wire going to a breaker that could conceivably
come loose even with a retainer.

Best,

Drake
