[RE-wrenches] MATE3 restart

Probably needs the firmware update. In the meantime I would suggest unplugging the ethernet cable and plugging it back in that might help.

All,

We have a MATE3 on campus that resets each time you press a button to leave the main screen.  For example, we will press the "charger" button followed by pressing the "graph" button, at this point the screen will stall. The other buttons won't work at this point and the MATE will shut off and restart.
