[RE-wrenches] Odd monitor readout Trace 4024

[frenergy]

we ran it through a few hundred of our NSA codes and it translates 
into:"Obama wins a third term".  I've solved this problem by 
disconnecting the cable to the remote monitor, waiting a minute and 
plugging it back in.
