[RE-wrenches] OB FW Lightning Protection w/ EPanel

H Jeremy,

It has been years since I used Outback's Arrestors (I switched to Midnite's
so I'm not sure if Outback's design has changed since then), but yes that
is how it worked on an E-panel.  However, I think Midnite has stopped
making the Epanel for the FX (FXR), although maybe you can find one in
stock at a supplier.  Might be worth a call to Midnite...
