[RE-wrenches] Dependable kWh meters

Hi Drake,

I recently purchased a bunch of these for a project:
https://www.civicsolar.com/product/itron-c1s-cl200-centron-digital-kilowatt-hour-meter-240vac-2s-form

They seem fine so far, although they have not been installed long. It is
also the same meter that the utility often uses around here, so I would
assume that they would be pretty good.
