Glenn,
I don't know if this may help.... About 7 months ago I also
replaced 2 SWR2500's with a SB5000TL. Sunwise PVs, system installed
about 10 years ago. Just FYI I have had no issues with AFCI however,
these are installed on a comp roof, DC behind the PVs is USE-2 to the
adjacent combiner with THWN-2 from the combiner to the DC disco below
the inverter.
Is the AFCI either on or off?
