Yes.

Yes. It hooks into the module frame. 42lb module seems like plenty of weight to keep in place.

One man. We placed the module on a 2 ft high bench, leaning against a wall, guy with the pack on, backs up to the module and hooks it onto the pack, then climbs ladder.
