[RE-wrenches] battery-based inverter

I have had the best luck with OutBack for "off Grid" even if there is grid
sometimes, SMA is my #2 but I like DC coupling or AC in most applications
but they also have there place. I just am completing a dual radian install
and when it came to start up it was up right away without any issues.
