[RE-wrenches] AC house monitoring

We have used EGuage for three years and it is very good. It is a premium 
product and is priced accordingly. I recently learned how to program it 
to send email alerts when some variable is out of spec. In our case, we 
wanted to monitor frequency.  Tech support is also very good.
