[RE-wrenches] AC-coupling Enphase/XW Causes Flickering of Lights

Nope wasn't in search when I had flicker.
If the loads were greater than the enphase production then no flicker.
If it was "charging" then there was flicker.
My vfx 3524 is 8+ years old, but I don't think that would be a factor.
