[RE-wrenches] Properly disposing solar modules

Does anyone know that proper way to dispose of junk PV modules? I’ve heard
that they should be recyclable but I’m having a hard time finding a place
to take them. We’ve dealt with several BP recalls and they just take them
to the landfill which seems like a shame.
