[RE-wrenches] Attaching to roof sheeting

As a policy we will not fasten to sheeting alone as some may be less then
1/2" thick. In the event that we do need to locate a mount where there is
not material we have installed blocking either from below or above. Tile is
the easest to add blocking if needed, comp is more involved.
