[RE-wrenches] SB6000U Derating Mode

Hi All,

Is anyone familiar with the wiring in the old Sunny Boy U inverters? We
have got a call from someone who has one where the temperature sensor has
gone bad, and it is always in derating mode. It derates so much that it can
only produce about .1W, even if it is cool out.

The inverter is located inside a barn, and has been cleaned. The inverter
is also past warranty.

Anyone have any wiring diagrams for this kind of inverter? Or any
suggestions as to how to bypass the temperature sensor, or change the
programming so that it does not derate anymore? Anything would be useful,
as the alternative is to just get a whole new inverter.

Cheers,
Dave
