[RE-wrenches] Schematic for AES Inverter

Wrenches,
Many years ago, I had the opportunity to remove four of the old Advanced Energy Systems GC-1000-SA inverters and replace with a single Fronius IG-5000. If I remember correctly, the PV modules were SP-65s!
I spend a lot of time teaching PV theory, sales and installation courses in the Los Angeles area, now, and I was wondering if my students could tear down these GC-1000s, and with the aid of component-level (part level) schematic, make sense of how the functionality of a grid tied, sine wave, MPP inverter is realized in a concrete example.
Does anyone have an idea as to how I could get a schematic of the GC-1000? As I remember, Siemens Solar acquired the AES assets.

As I remember, anything that needs to be inspected or manually operated needs to be between 6'-6" and 2'-6".

If it has some sort of switch or CB, the top of the handle cannot be higher than 6'7". As to the lower limit, I think that would depend on the location. In a garage, for example, the AHJ could make a case for 18" as that's where outlets generally live, but there is no lower limit that I'm aware of.

Wrenches,
I can't seem to find a reference to the heights allowable for inverter installs, either minimum or maximum (need both). For that matter, AC combiners, DC discos, any switchgear related to the inverter(s).
Any help appreciated.
