[RE-wrenches] Aqueous Hybrid Ion batteries

We have been asked to lower the DC input voltage to take advantage of these batteries. What engineering is saying is we can't go low enough on the low side and still produce peak AC voltage. Seems these batteries are catching on might need to revisit this again.
