[RE-wrenches] Alternative to the Dedicated Subpanel

Slow down a bit here...
Years ago our utility outlawed the use of QO or QOU breakers with the QO2DTI or the QOU2DTI (they're different) because they weren't rated as (I think it was) service equipment, and the engineer decided it could be too easily forced into an on-on state, rather than either/or. That was years ago, and was specific to one utility. But you may want to make sure it'll be accepted by all parties before you use it.
