we will never use wire nuts I have seen to many issues we will use
insulated cable connector blocks or if there is room splicer blocks, I have
been updating inverters with no problems if its a larger inverter more then
2 strings we use 1000 volt PV wire and the combiner box. the new inverters
require some additional hardware to be compliant
