[RE-wrenches] Wire Shielding (was Best Ground Racking?)

Kelly,

It is a plastic fabric, definitely heavier than landscape, somewhat
stretchy so it is easier to pull tight around irregular objects, but
somewhat easy to cut with a sharp knife, so not super secure.
